The bottom part of the seat comes right out, I think it's all clipped in. I just pulled up really hard, and poppoppop, it was all out. The top part of the seat required me to do some unbolting, I think four of them. The rougher part was the seatbelts. The bottom clip-ins are bolted underneath the bottom part of the seat. Very simple. The actual motor-wound seatbelts were more difficult, because they're underneath those two pieces on the sides. They're pretty much symmetrical. There was a phillips screw underneath the bottom part of the backseat, as well as one underneath a plastic cover next to the rear speaker covers. There was also a bolt (10mm) under where the top part of the backseat used to be. The rest of it is just clipped in, so pull and it'll come up. The seatbelt assembly has three large bolts (one next to the motor, one at the pulley near the hatch, and one where the seatbelt is looped back into that plastic panel), and one phillips screw (next to the motor). I pulled them out completely, but put back in the two out of three large bolts, and the screw. I then reattached the panels (for protection of the electronic components) - I may or may not keep them, depending on what I end up building. It was simple enough. It was really easy to do. The seatbelt bolts are REALLY, REALLY tight, so don't worry if it feels like it ain't movin'... They'll come out eventually. =) (I've probably forgotten a few steps... After all, I ended up with a few extra bolts when it was all done. But that is definately the general idea.)
